Imagine…waking up every morning to the eyebrows you’ve always dreamed of!

Eyebrows are an important feature that frame your face. At Avalon, we offer the newest technique—microblading—tobeautifully enhanceeyebrows that are too light, too thin, sparse or non-existent.

Microblading uses a hand tool (nanoblade) to precisely deposit pigment superficially into the upper layers of the dermis creating fine hair-like strokes that look incredibly natural.

Avaloncustomizes the pigment and brow shape to suit your skin tone, hair colour, face shape and preference.

Confused about the difference between microblading and permanent makeup?

Permanent makeup and microblading are both a form of cosmetic tattooing but they differ in application method, longevity and final look. Currently, microblading is strictly for eyebrows, whereas permanent makeup can also be used for other areas like lash line (eyeliner) and lips.

Permanent makeup uses a series of needles and tattoo machine to implant pigment deep into the dermis. With this technique the eyebrow is filled in completely and results can last 4-7 years, depending on skin type.

Microblading is a semi-permanent technique as pigment is deposited closer to the skin’s surface. Touch-ups are required about every 12-18 months. A precision hand tool creates hair-like strokes as opposed to a solid line. It is today’s popular choice due to its natural-looking results.

Confused about the difference between microblading and permanent makeup?

Yes.Microblading is the perfect option to create a more natural look for brows that have had previous permanent makeup (micropigmentation) treatments. The existing pigment from permanent makeup gives a natural shadow for the fine microblading hair strokes applied on top.
