Avalon Transformations is a sole proprietorship wellness centre which enables the owner/practitioner to ensure that sanitizing and disinfecting protocols are in place at all times.
In order to create the safest possible environment during the COVID pandemic, I have new policies and protocols that will be followed.
All appointments will be staggered to thoroughly disinfect the rooms both before and after each client. This includes all high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles and POS terminals. I also sanitize the entire treatment table surface, headrest/facepiece and all pillows used during treatments.
Please arrive on time and bring your own water bottle. Should you arrive early, please wait outside or in your vehicle. I will text or call you when your treatment room is ready. If I am running behind I will make sure I give you plenty of notice via text or phone call.
A mask or face covering is required. Should you forget one, I will have some non-medical grade face masks available. If a treatment requires you to be face down you will not need to wear the mask at that time. If the treatment is a facial or a procedure that involves the face, you will not need to wear a mask at the time of treatment.
I will buzz you into the building and meet you outside of the door at #303. You will be asked to remove your shoes once inside and I will then direct you to the hand sanitizing station.

If you are sick, have been travelling, or have come into direct contact with someone who has been ill in the past 14 days, you will need to cancel your appointment.
Appointments will be cancelled at the time of visit if a patient exhibits signs of illness or fever.
